Job Responsibilities:

Lead R&D teams on designing and developing SDK and firmware on top of SoC, IP Cores designed from the company. Work closely with different R&D teams and function leaders on developing new cutting edge technologies by aligning with the company strategy and technology roadmap.Lead the team on planning and scheduling of the deliverables for software solutions and work with other leaders on bringing the software solution to mass production quality.

Including：

1.Report to CEO, align/manage R&D on the company strategy and business priorities.
2.Build a solid and stable R&D focusing on delivering system solutions on top of SoC designed by the company.
3.Work closely with other teams and function leaders on developing cutting edge technologies by aligning with the company strategy and technology roadmap.
4.Provide guidance to direct reports on managing projects, supporting customers, building reference platforms or customized solutions.
5.Lead the team on setting up software development and continuous build process and achieving continuous improvement.
6.Lead the software team on delivering firmware, SDK, reference apps etc. based on the requirement from customers.
7.Organize and drive task forces across multiple teams on attacking critical system level issues as needed.
8.Work closely with other peers on bringing software stack running on top of the company SoC，HW platforms to mass production quality.
9.Support business leader on engaging new customers and winning new business opportunities as needed.

Job Requirements:

 1.Master or Ph. D in Computer science or EE is preferred.
2.12+ years of experience in a similar leadership or managerial role.
3.Excellent communication skills and team work style.
4.Experience of working in multi-site company, prefer to have experience with multi-national company.
5.Ability to lead software development team and drive technology development.
6.Independent, pragmatic and proactive work attitude.
7.Rich experiences on project management and software development planning.
8.10+ years of working experiences in Semiconductor industry.
9.Passionate and be willing to work hard for on-time deliverables.

Prefer to have:

1.Deep knowledge of C/C++ programming
2.10+ years of embedded or Linux programming experiences
3.Good understanding of MCU, SoC, ARM architecture
4.Strong background of computer vision or video CODEC or video processing
5.Knowledgeable of IMU sensors, computer vision, machine learning, wireless, TCP/IP etc.
